Think of Tom Clancy with Sex

I just ordered this book yesterday and couldn't put it down. A fast-moving adventure with plenty of BDSM thrown in. Pirates, a transvestite assassin, beautiful, powerful women and some really evil characters who get their clocks cleaned with nothing PC about it. After reading von Stuka's other novels, I must comment that this one has both sex and substance. This is NOT light reading nor for people who have not had exposure to S&M type books. A far cry from the junk in 50 Shades, this is pretty hard core and the book's heroine is a solid, martial arts investigator who makes no bones about her own sexual proclivities. I can't wait for the next one.

Really enjoyed the story but wish it hadn't ended so quickly. Bibi and Jean are a good duo who work well apart or as a team. Would have liked to read mor about Ann and her daughters after they were rescued. Wish that Karine hadn't be rescued so fast but maybe someday a sequel will continue the pursuit of Brillcart or perhaps Brillcart's pursuit of them instead.
